Terms & Conditions

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €200 is required before collecting the camera. The deposit will be fully refunded after the equipment is returned in the same condition and inspected by our team.

Valid Identification

Customers must present a valid Passport, National ID Card, or Driving Licence before renting the camera.

Rental Period

The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the scheduled return time. Late returns may incur additional rental charges.

Camera Condition

The camera and all accessories are inspected before and after every rental. Customers are responsible for returning all items in their original condition.

Damage & Loss

The customer is fully responsible for any damage, loss, theft, water damage, cracked lens, broken screen, broken accessories, or missing items during the rental period.

Repair or replacement costs may include, but are not limited to:

• Cracked or scratched lens
• Broken camera body
• Water or liquid damage
• Lost or damaged battery
• Lost Invisible Selfie Stick
• Lost charging cable
• Lost protective case
• Lost memory card (if provided)

The repair or replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit. If the total cost exceeds the deposit amount, the customer agrees to pay the remaining balance.

Care & Safe Use

The camera must be handled with care. Do not expose it to unnecessary impacts, extreme heat, sand, chemicals, or water unless using an approved waterproof housing.

No Unauthorized Repairs

Customers must not attempt to repair, disassemble, or modify the camera or accessories.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability

The rental company is not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, or other data recorded during the rental period. Customers are encouraged to back up their files regularly.

By renting the equipment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
