Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €200 is required before collecting the camera.

Valid Identification

A valid Passport, National ID, or Driving Licence must be presented.

Late Return

Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

Damage & Loss

The customer is fully responsible for any damage, water damage, cracked screen, cracked lens, missing accessories, battery loss, theft, or any damage occurring during the rental period.

Any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If the total repair cost exceeds the deposit amount, the customer agrees to pay the remaining balance.

Camera Care

Do not drop, throw, disassemble, or misuse the camera.

Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up their own photos and videos before returning the camera.
