Refund Policy

At NIVOLIFY, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Physical Products

We accept returns or replacements for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Custom Products

Custom-made NFC cards, Google Review cards, and personalized products are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.

Digital Services

Website design, digital marketing, graphic design, branding, SEO, and other digital services are non-refundable once work has started.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
